a) The top end helps to re-position the heater hose nozzle outlet in a position to clear most known ancillaries, but can be cut to suit any application especially when a tappet chest breather is fitted.
b) The bottom end is longer to fit all known variations of the radiator outlet pipe angles, to clear timing cover breathers and vehicles such as Clubman’s where the radiator was positioned further away from the engine. Section ‘A’ is (12mm) ½” longer, but can be removed to ease fitment when a tappet chest breather is fitted or outlet ‘B’ fails on any engine ancillaries.

3. C-GRH247 Hose is made ¼” longer than required for 1300 Cooper ‘S’ and ½” longer than 1275GT Clubman, cut as required. Use your old hose as a template if required.
