Inner tube is a must for many 10" wheels and tyres. Sometimes you can salvage a leaky tubeless tyre with a tube. I suppose you could also float small children in them. Tubes, especially in this size, are increasingly rare, but we keep them in stock. ...
NOT crossply tyres but these radials are the only ones we know readily available at decent prices for the old 3.5"x10" steel road wheel fitted as standard to all old cars.
