Mini Spares to do not take payment for your order when you place the order. We will charge your card only when your order is picked and ready to be shipped.

Delivery Policy

Minispares delivery policy is designed to give customers the best value shipment for the level of service required.

The estimated delivery cost given to you in the checkout process is from an estimated parcel weight and does not take into account the volumetric limitations of the despatch methods available. Also some combination of parts ( i.e. heavy with fragile) may require shipping in two separate packages to avoid parts being damaged in transit. Because of this Minispares reserve the right to contact you with a more accurate quote for delivery once the items have been packed.

The delivery times given below are from the date of dispatch and assume that the products you have ordered are in stock and available for shipment.

UK Express delivery orders can be dispatched on the same day if your order has been placed before 12 noon GMT.

If some of the items that you have purchased are out of stock or unavailable at time of purchase then Minispares will email you a notification of what parts are unavailable & ask whether you would like to part ship the parts available now or wait for your entire order to become available. If you do not respond to our part shipment request within 5 days then we will automatically part ship to you the parts that are available now. Any delay in responding to this email will result in your goods being delayed before dispatch.

When selecting postal as your delivery method please bare in mind that in the unlikely event that you parcel is lost you will have to wait up to a 6 week wait before the post office will consider the parcel undelivered / lost. Minispares can not despatch a free replacement until this time has elapsed. If your order has not been delivered and you require Minispares to despatch the goods again before this time then you will need to order and pay for the goods again. When the postal service confirm the parcel is lost then Minispares will issue a refund for the undelivered goods.

Emails that you should receive during your order process:
1. Mini Spares Order Confirmation - after placing an order online you will receive an automated email confirming that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email then please email orders@minispares.com

“Out of stock parts status ORDER No. - If some of the goods you have ordered are out of stock then you will be asked if you would like us to part ship the order.

2. Your Mini Spares Centre Ltd order - Invoice.

3. DHL Send confirmation email - If your parcel is being delivered by Courier then this will contain your parcel tracking number.

Hazardous Goods Policy

Products that contain a hazardous goods sign, such as paint, spray paint etc can not be shipped.
Due to the restrictions on shipment of dangerous goods Minispares can only offer these goods for collection from our stores.
To complete an order that is for delivery remove the hazardous items from your basket.

Collection Policy

Minispares online collection policy is designed so customers can pre order items for collection from our Potters Bar & Harrogate stores. We can then make sure we have the items in stock and reserve them for you. We then have the chance to notify you by email in advance if any of the items you require are out of stock.

For next day collection you must ensure you have placed your order before 12 noon & checked your email after 5.30 for your collection confirmation. Confirming that we have all the good you want in stock and available for your collection.

To order collection by Credit Card & Pay by Credit Card.
The person who's credit card is charged for the collection must be person who comes to collect the goods, and must bring another form of identification. i.e. Drivers licence, Passport.

At the point when your order is available for collection your credit card will be charged for the goods & you will be notified by email.

If you have not collected your goods within 4 weeks of the order being available for collection then Minispares will charge you a storage charge of 10% of the order price by refunding only 90% of the order value to your credit card and then cancel the order.

To order collection by Credit Card & Pay by Cash or Cheque on Collection.
You must use a credit card to reserve the items & in the comments box on the first stage of the shopping cart you must specify Payment by Cash on Collection or Payment by Cheque on Collection

For payments by cheque then a cheque guarantee card is required to cover the full value of the order.

If you have not collected your goods within 4 weeks of the order being available for collection then Minispares will charge you a storage charge of 10% of the order price onto the credit card details supplied and then cancel the order.

VAT Policy

VAT is know by the following terms in other European Member States.

We can supply goods to traders within the EC provided your VAT Certificate Number can be verified on the VIES website. You can check whether your VAT number is registered by going to http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vatRequest.html and entering your number.

NOTE: If your VAT Cert No cannot be verified on this site (which may not be entirely up to date) you will be charged VAT. We can refund this if you email or fax a copy of your VAT Registration Certificate.

Privacy Policy

Mini Spares Centre collects three kinds of information from visitors to Minispares.com: e-mail registration information, site usage information from server log files and email details when you contact an employee or division of Mini Spares Centre.

In the Sign up section of our website, we ask you to submit an email address to sign up for our special offers and occasional event emails. Since the purpose of this data is simply to keep you informed, we do not ask for any data over and above this. Instructions for unsubscribing from this list are included in the subscription e-mails. We will never pass your email address data on to third parties.

Server log files allow us to record visitors' use of the site. Mini Spares Centre may put together log file information from our visitors, which we may use to make changes to the site and to the information in it, based on the way that visitors interact with it. Log files do not contain any personal information.

When you click on a link to send an email to Mini Spares Centre you are asked to submit a form which includes some personal information such as your name, email address and telephone contact number. This data is sent by our server as an email message and is not logged by any other system. We will never pass any of this data on to third parties.

Minispares.com may also contain links to third-party client and partner sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the collection of any information by any of these third parties, whose privacy policy may differ from ours.

Cookie Policy

Mini Spares Centre website uses cookies for website functionality and from 3rd party plugin providers.

Having cookies enabled will allow for many of the navigation and shopping cart features to function fully.

Limited Stock Policy

Mini Spares Centre website now shows stock availability of parts at the point of ordering.

Special Order Item Policy

Mini Spares Centre website allows you to order parts that we do not carry as part of our stocked range. Some items such as trim parts are very specific and to stock all the variants? would be impossible. You can therefore order these parts and we will get them for you. Once the part is in stock we will inform you via email. Some special order parts may require a deposit.

Exceptional Item Policy

Certain items are dimensionally too large to quote the carriage or are too heavy to be packaged with other parts without causing damage. These parts are exceptional and therefore will require the carriage to be quoted.

Spam Policy

We hate spam! It is our policy to only send emails to customers that have agreed to receive these emails. Mini Spares will not distribute your contact details to any other company.

Mini Spares limited send out the following emails when they have been requested:
1. New and offer emails.
2. Watched product emails - Notification when a product is available to purchase again.
3. Watched forum threads - Notification when a forum thread has been updated.
3. You can also subscribe to Mini Spares RSS article feed.

How to unsubscribe Mini Spares emails.
1. To stop recieving the news and offer emails you can do the following:
a. Click the unsubscribe link within the email you receive.
b. Goto the "Basic information" within your My Mini Spares profile. Click here. And switch "Receive offers, discounts & news by email" to NO.

How to unsubscribe from products and forums.
1. To stop recieving the updates on watched products and forum threads you can do the following:

Voucher Policy

The Mini Spares Voucher can be used to buy any item sold by Minispares.com. You can email it to family and friends, or print it out to give to them personally. It is the perfect way to give a gift when you don't know what to buy!

The Mini Spares Gift Voucher is available in £10 denominations upto £250 and £50 denominations from £250 to £900. Gift Vouchers are issued via email using an electronic voucher code which can then be redeemed in the Checkout to buy any product on minispares.com.

For orders which are refunded, the refund will be issued via the same payment method as used to pay for the order. Therefore if you have paid, or part-paid, for an order using a Mini Spares Gift Voucher any refund will be issued in Gift Vouchers to the refund value.

Ticket Policy

Mini Spares are taking online application for tickets to the London to Brighton Mini Run 2015 on behalf of the London and Surrey Mini Owners Club

As such VAT is not applicable to run tickets.

Normal Mini Spares discounts do not apply to ticket sales.

Mini Spares do not control ticket allocation or distribution. All ticket applications will be forwarded onto the the London and Surrey Mini Owners Club All enquiries about your London to Brighton run and tickets should be done via the following methods:

Rules of the Run:

1. Your ticket will be posted to you within 10 working days.

2. If you do not notify the LSMOC of non receipt of your ticket within 30 days of your invoice there will be a £5 administration charge for a replacement ticket (all proceeds of this charge will be donated directly to our chosen charities)

3. Any lost ticket replacements will be charged a £5 administration charge for a reissue ticket ( all the proceeds of this charge will be donated directly to our chosen charities)

4. Under no circumstances will a lost or not received ticket be reissued after 1st May 2015.

5. he LSMOC can offer a ticket buy back service by prior agreement if the following conditions are met:
---- 1. The ticket is complete and in a resalable condition.
---- 2. The ticket is returned within one month before the event date.
---- 3. Only the ticket price will be refunded (P& P is not refundable).
---- 4. The LSMOC s decision is final.

6. By purchasing your ticket your agree to abide by the following conditions of sale:
---- 1. You will not resell the ticket at any more than face value
---- 2. You will notify the LSMOC of any change in details (LSMOC can not change t-shirt sizes)
---- 3. You will not attempt to profit from the sale of a ticket through auctions websites or social media

Any applications received after 1st February 2015 will no longer be classed as priority and we cannot guarantee there will be any tickets available.

Raffle Policy

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before entering the draw.

1. Entry into the Mini Spares "Win a Better than New Classic Mini" Costs £10 per ticket.

2. Profits from this raffle will be donated to "Variety the Childrens Charity". Registered charity: Registered charity in England and Wales (209259) and Scotland (SC038505).

3. Raffle ticket sales are only allowed to people 16 years and over.

4. Raffle tickets can be purchase in one of the following ways:
- Online at www.minipsares.com via credit/debit card
- At one of the Mini Spares Stores.
- From the Minispares stand at the London to Brighton Mini Run 2014,
- From the Minispares stand at the IMM in Kent 2014.

5. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received.

6. The closing date for online and shop entries is midnight on the Wednesday 27th August 2014. Late entries will be treated as a donation to Variety the Childrens Charity.

7. The draw will take place on 1st September 2014. Winning entries will be randomly drawn in the presence of two witnesses.

8. The winners will be notified within one week after the draw by telephone or by email where a telephone number is not available.

9. The winner's name, country, county and winning numbers along with pictures will be posted on our website and on our social media channels.

10. Winners will be interviewed and will be asked to provide a photograph of themselves and the Prize Mini to help Mini Spares promote the amounts raised by the raffle both on our website and on social media channels.
