This is the bolt that goes through ARP1073 spacer on lower radiator mount on cars from 1974 with a one piece cowl. 5/16 bolt 3.2502 long with small amount of 1" thread at end.
Until the Verto/injection type cars most minis had a small inspection hole for checking timing at the top of the clutch housing. These 1/4"unf bolts 1/2" long hold on that plate but you can use shorter type SH604031 also.
