These heavy duty bonnet pins 4" long and 1/2" thick are favoured by competition car owners to stop the bonnet accidentally coming up. They will require drilling holes in your bonnet and sold in pairs only.
All twin point injected minis were fitted with an in-cabin cable release for the bonnet lock and this later type had a plastic insert for the bonnet pin to travel through. This is part of a complete kit we have for any minis, see GS130273

This is a budget way of improving the stability of the front subframe leaving the rear mountings standard for quietness.
It only includes the 4 poly tower spacers and for the front of the front subframe 2 poly spacers and 2 metal washers.
Holds the window regulator to the door on wind up window minis from 1970 on.
Also holds fog lamp bracket to rear valance. 1/4" unf with 1/2" thread on

Most minis have a chrome coloured plastic insert in the windscreen rubber but
some owners in hot countries prefer this black one, which some claim is less prone to shrink or go off colour.
