All heads are hipped and heat treated from the foundry and pressure tested before machining and again after they are assembled.
Special camshaft and modification to No 2 &4 S con rods is required, or special rods C-AEG624 are available using different bolt configuration.
Spring fitted length made to 1.375" on new heads.

New competition valve cotter, these are precision CNC machined from 4340 and heat treated to a better spec than EN24T and claimed to be stronger in fatigue life.
