From 1990 on the clutch plate was increased to 190mm, for 1275cc which is CK9378 .
Clutch kits should be re-balanced to the flywheel assembly as originally done on production. This is because the verto pressure was a heavier item and the main mass rather than the flywheel as on earlier diaphragm models. This was recognised as a small design fault but easily overcome by balancing which is why Rover originally supplied complete balanced Verto assemblies as repacement parts.
Do not forget to the change the AAU2866 seal for the clutch release bearing.

See 13H2934MS for original silicon type best seal available, which is Mini Spares own copy of the original Gaco seal that was discontinued. These were the seals used on production/rally /race cars that never gave problems.

If your late model Mini has a short (3" or so) clutch arm, you have a "Verto" clutch. This is your release (throw-out) bearing. Retaining o ring is AAU2866.
