Once the race was back underway, Comis again was threatening the leading pack. A late dive up the inside of old sparing partner, Dave Rees, had to be aborted as the door was firmly shut. It was only a matter of time: As they exited Barn, they were greeted by another incident and in avoiding this, lost out two places. I had been dreading my home race for a few reasons, one I did not feel that I had the car to win it this season and the second was we have been so busy with caravans at Snetterton Speed Shop, hiring Caravans out as well as selling them, I had not given much time to my Mighty Minis as they deserved. After Silverstone, Justin Cooper asked me if we could go to Brands in his car with two seats so I could teach him the fast way around the track! A decision he and I both regret very much now. I have been flat out since my last blog to you all and I have had hardly a minute to my self or my family with building up Snetterton Speed Shop, the Minis have all had some work on them since Castle Combe in Easter. The 2 mighty's were not to mine or Justin's liking so we ordered some new suspension cones from Mini Spares and fitted them along with a good long set up and corner weighting. Read more
