Most engine builders will tell you to replace the rod bolts as often as you can afford, but at least every other time you do the bottom end. If you don't know the last time, replace them. The LFH10006 bolt fits all 1275 motors, including Austin America and A-Plus, except the "S". Sold individually.

These con rod bolt and nut set are made by ARP in the USA and considered the best available FITS 1300 con rods plus MGB late 18V engine numbers with 11-32" bolts. Quantity required one kit per car. torque up to 38-40lb ft.
