These are known as the female type joints which are used on our lower arms or tie bars. Also known or referred to as rose joints as they were originally made and trade marked as such.

The rubber washer type dust cover to fit either side of the spherical rod end (rose joint) sold as a pair and should always be fitted. Please note you will need turn down the spacers slightly if fitting these to allow for the extra width.
