Rocker shafts wear fairly quickly. The upside to this used to be that the rocker bushes lasted longer, but later sintered rockers run without bushes. It is easier and less expensive to replace the rocker shaft!

Fits all models but beware as ...

Inlet valve 1098cc with small cotter groove.29.2mm(1.15") and takes AEA311 spring.Sold singly 4 required per engine.

Use this plate in place of the heater valve. For use any time the heater is removed!

This is the plug that locks the rocker shaft in place via one of the 4 pedestal posts. Originally on the end pedestal it was moved inboard to the second post to help strengthen the shaft which sometimes flexed and broke.

Actually 29.3mm (1.15") these valves are in EN214N steel with chrome plated stems for use in standard iron guides. Easily noticeable by their strange design shape they claim to give better flow characteristics.

Genuine Mini Spares product as everything else on the market was poor fitting and unstable.

Special thin type clip for fitting the water by pass hose between the water pump and the cylinder head. Most ordinary jubilee clips will not fit the tight area where the hose fits. Also used on C-AHH8537 oil cooler hose.
