Minispares own Evolution limited slip diff with over 10 years success

General spec and design is the same as C-AJJ3387 but has a 45/45 ramp type giving drive on acceleration and deceleration, preferred by many rally drivers for forest type rallies. However, for tarmac/airfields the 45/90 type ramp which unlocks on deceleration as per the race spec C-AJJ3387 may prove more effective.

If you ever need to take the diff apart you must take the pre-load off with a press and then the 3 screws will come out easily. You will have to remove some metal from gearbox and diff casings, but less than with the old Salisbury.

Only fitted to vehicles with hardy spicer output shafts (Cooper S and autos). Two collets are fitted in the output shaft in the gearbox and located behind the rubber seal 22A1566

A bronze type bush that fits in the gearbox output shaft side cover on early automatics and Cooper S with hardy spicer type joints. These are larger than the standard mini or rod change engine gearbox types which take 2A3538.

You will need to shim up your diff bearings with these washers as required. See workshop manuals for details. See also DAM3109 & DAM3633.
