Battery rod with open loop.

At 5.5cm long this is the open loop rod by the negative terminal which hooks into the battery box bracket. Also see YJJ100040 at 7.5cm lomg made ffor 1990 on cars with bigger battery.

Also see YJH100010. 8.5cm Long for later cars this is the looped battery fixing rod for pre 1990 cars. This rod fits on the back bracket by the positive earth terminal with a nut and bolt.

Fixes fan blade to water pump and corner bars to overider on deluxe bumpers. Also used for locating plate AHU2379.

Your battery box 5L877 should be held in place by this rubber strap.

Battery strap metal clip that is bolted to boot floor, now in stainless steel to help stop corrosion. Later cars had a captive nut in the boot floor, if you have an early car or the nut has corroded use GFK3212SS to secure the bolt.
