Identical to the GXE1002 competition alternator but with a larger pulley designed to stop over charging the alternator on race cars which spend the majority of time at high rpm. Weight 3.277 kg.

This lightweight alternator is favoured by competition users, new design for 2014 these are now a direct replacement for the original alternator so no additional brackets are required. A small amount of wiring required to fit the Mini wiring loom.

This very trick pulley is machined from billet aluminum & black anodized. It is oversized (5") to reduce the speed of the generator or alternator on high rpm engines preventing over charging the system.
