The genuine bootlid fitted from 1988 where the seal sits on the car body rather than the bootlid itself. The only difference between this and the earlier BMP339 is that it does not have holes drilled for the boot seal clips.

If you want to hold it in place then this is easy and simple. 4" long rubber hooks can be used on bonnet and/or boot lid. Packaged in pairs with both brackets.

These chrome spring type clips are used to keep the bonnet and boot from coming open on competition cars and are available in black. Holes will be required in the fitting of these so if you do not want to drill your body panels these are not for you....
