Fitted for safety regulations to all MK2 minis from 1967-80 except Sweden and Canada to 1975 (not any MKI or van and pick up). Later commercial type minis did have it fitted with 3 clock speedo pod. This is a hard foam pad at the lower edge of the parcel tray. If you are restoring your car you probably need this.

Moulding is 14A8009 and the 6 clips are 14A8010 if required.

Original looking centre speedo dash but only fits later cars with the large padded top facia pad as fitted to cars with the twin or triple clock cluster in front of the driver. This will need air vents as the holes are pre cut for them.
