Battery rod with open loop.
At 5.5cm long this is the open loop rod by the negative terminal which hooks into the battery box bracket. Also see YJJ100040 at 7.5cm lomg made ffor 1990 on cars with bigger battery.
Also see YJH100010. 8.5cm Long for later cars this is the looped battery fixing rod for pre 1990 cars. This rod fits on the back bracket by the positive earth terminal with a nut and bolt.
They increased the length on this hook end bolt by 2cm in 1990. The shorter version @5.5cm is 5L1159 -this fits the front
