This item for post 1990 cars is the looped battery fixing rod with longer thread that fits on the back battery box bracket by the positive earth terminal and held on with a nut and bolt.

They increased the length on this hook end bolt by 2cm in 1990. The shorter version @5.5cm is 5L1159 -this fits the front
