This sleeve is used with the 11G227 grommet on all one piece radiator surround top brackets.
In 1974 the mini changed from a two piece to a one piece cowling. These bolts ONLY fit the two piece pre 1974 cowling.
Fixes fan blade to water pump and corner bars to overider on deluxe bumpers. Also used for locating plate AHU2379.
Similar to C-ARA4401 but supplied without the fan controller. This kit is ideal if you want to wire the fan to a fan switch.
